For the past year, we have been working with our business advisers to create an exciting new plan to provide best in class services and products to Isle of You Hair Color Studio clients throughout the greater Pittsburgh area, encompassing our markets in both Wexford and Lawrenceville. Not only did we factor in the region’s unique geography and recent demographic trends, but also how we as a salon company are changing and evolving to better serve you.
Today I am pleased to share key details of this new vision for our brand. It begins with new systems in place to enhance every part of the process, from your initial contact to the moment you walk out the door with your new, beautiful hair. We are proud to announce we are now a Summit Business Systems Salon, which provides a smooth, consistent, streamlined guest experience featuring the best and brightest talent available in Pittsburgh hair. We have also – after much careful consideration – made the decision to bring Redken color and home care products into our company, to provide the absolute best color results for rich, vibrant, longer lasting color with no compromise on the integrity of the hair. We are also offering additional new home care products and boutique items and expanding our service menu to include a wider variety of hair extension options, non-surgical hair replacement, nail care and full body waxing.
These transitions will bring long term benefits to our loyal Isle of You Hair Color Studio clients. However, as we implement this transformation, our guests from the north hills areas will experience some immediate changes.
In a move related to all the transformations mentioned above, we have closed the Wexford location of Isle of You Hair Color Studio, in the Village at Pine, 3000 Village Run Rd, effective at close of business on Saturday, November 2, 2019.
Along with the addition of Redken color products, Isle of You Hair Color Studio is pleased to announce that we are now able to accept gratuities on credit cards. We realized that eliminating this option was creating an inconvenience for our guests and have begun a partnership with Tippy to provide this service. We are also delighted to offer the convenience of payments over time through a partnership with SalonPay. Now you can get the hair you dream of and pay over time. Extensions, creative color – all the services you want in a budget friendly payment option. To further enhance our guest experience, we have also expanded our beverage and snack offerings. Watch for theme nights (service industry night, health pro night, 15090 night, etc) along with insiders-only specials, and community classes where you can learn about things like hair loss, DIY special occasion hair styling, and other great topics.
These changes will provide us the ability to focus all our resources on our flagship location in Lawrenceville, at 5165 Butler Street, and deliver to you the best possible guest experience.
